1. Parcel Opening Video Requirement

  • A clear parcel opening video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items.
  • The video must show unboxing from the start, ensuring the parcel is untampered and unopened before recording.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.

2. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, damages, or wrong items sent.

3. Process for Exchange

  • Once verified, our team will guide you on the exchange process.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items reported after 3 days of delivery.
